Wag your tail! Florida has the Top Dog

Did we need a contest to tell us this? That a Florida K-9 is now the Top Dog. The German shepherd’s name is Tarek, and he just won the U.S. Police Canine Association’s National Competition in West Des Moines, Iowa, after proving his mettle in a five-day competition, reports the Leesburg Daily Commercial . Tarek and his K-9 officers Lazaro Cabrera work for the Lady Lake Police Department. Tarek beat out 113 K-9 dogs for the honor. We say, Tarek take a bow…Wow!
