Taste of New York: Tasty Meal for Dinner & Movie

I went to the Bell Tower Shops near the US 41 & Daniels intersection for a meal before catching a flick at the Bell Tower 20 Cinema. In search of a tasty meal, I decided to go Italian with Taste of New York Pizzeria & Cafe. Outdoor seating gives a view of the theater and allows for excellent people watching as movie goers pass by. Debbie was my server and was extremely courteous and prompt with service. I decided to go for the Small Stromboli with marinara sauce at $7.95. It was HUGE and delicious!

I ended up bringing half of it home. Their garlic rolls were delicious as well. I paid the bill, grabbed a mint on the way out and walked 300 ft. to the theater with a full stomach and a smile on my face. If you’re new to Fort Myers and want tasty Itallian, I highly recommend Taste of New York. They even deliver and will be getting a call from me tonight. Their info is:

      We are permanent residents of Ft.Myers. Tried Taste of NY last week and it was very good. Came back again tonight (Tues.). Service was horrible. Almost 2 hours to get our meal. Waitress forgot to put our order in. Drinks were delayed or forgotten. The only compensation we got was one drink each off our bill which was over $200 for nine of us. We will not return. (Food was great when we finally got it).
