The message was sprayed in red lettering on a yellow stucco house in Indian Harbour Beach. It read: “Hitler would be a welcome neighbor here,” and “Merry Xmas.” A husband, wife and kids live in the home where the homeowner has an ongoing dispute with the homeowners’ association.
