If you calculate the actual tax effect from the changes applied to photos 3 and 4, you’ll find they are less than $1,000 each, and two are less than $500. Seems to be not enough to invest in headlines, BUT surely no one should be expected to pay a penny more than they owe – in taxes or in anything else.
