We don’t know if the earth moved. But we do know the horn honked. So did a New Port Richey cop who heard the steady honking of a car parked outside the Econo Auto Paint shop at 2 a.m. He thought it was a car alarm going off and decided to investigate. He found Moises Gomez, 19, intimately involved with the female passenger, who was on top of him. “The female’s movements were what was sounding the horn,” read the report from the New Port Richey police officer, reports the St. Petersburg Times. so horny, I honk?” Anyway, normally a cop might just send the frisky couple on their way. But this cop noticed signs that Gomez, 19, of Trinity was intoxicated: And technically speaking, Gomez was behind the wheel, with the keys draped over the steering column, the report said. Gomez performed “poorly” on field sobriety tests but wouldn’t do the breath test, the report said. He was arrested on a charge of driving under the influence and booked at the Land O’Lakes jail.
