Report: Judge tosses ex-astronaut’s statement to investigators

A judge has ruled that the details that former astronaut Lisa Nowak gave investigators final February cannot be used as evidence, the Orlando Sentinel reports. It’s unclear how the decision will

affect the prosecutor’s case against Nowak, who is charged with attempted kidnapping and burglary with assault. She could face life in prison whether convicted.
