Pumpkin Patches and Fall Festivals
It is that time of year-time to find the perfect pumpkin and begin those fall activities! And what is more fun than going to a pumpkin patch with the kids. Not only do you get a great pumpkin, but you tucker the kids out too! And don’t forget the “fall festivals” we all love to enjoy, just in time for christmas shopping!
Just west of Jacksonville there is a great pumpkin patch with many activities and it even has a corn maze! Lots of things for the kids to take part in-hayrides, feeding the animals (no touching though), giant slides and lots more. And of course don’t forget the food, fresh 100% beef burgers down to funnel cakes are available at pretty decent prices. Admission is $13 per person (ages 2-64), free for those under 2, and $10 ages 64+. Not a bad deal for a day of fun. Check out the website for even more info www.connerscornfieldmaze.com
For those who may not want to venture so far, the Orange Park Fall Festival is this -weekend, Oct 20-21 9:30 am - 6:30pm at Town Hall Park on Park Avenue at Kingsley Avenue . They will have many vendors selling everything creatively imaginable
