“No on 2″ sues “Yes on 2″
Florida Red and Blue, the group fighting against the homosexual marriage ban filed a lawsuit today in Miami-Dade Circuit Court asking a judge to force the group campaigning for Amendment 2 to reveal donors to the group, Florida Family Action.
The head of Florida4Marriage.org John Stemberger has said as recently as final week that his groups fundraising has been disclosed as much as needs be, as allowed by federal law.
