National African American Read-In: Feb. 3, 2008

Saturday, February 3, 2008 is the Nineteenth National African American Read-In, sponsored by the Black Caucus of the National Council of Teachers of English (NCTE) and the NCTE. The event is to celebrate African American literacy and form it an fundamental part of Black History Month.

Locally, you can participate at the Wakulla County Library on Feb. 3 amidst 3 and 5 p.m. Local African American authors, including Barbara Joe-Williams, will read from their written works.
