All we can say for sure is that Deputy Wayne Nichols, a Pinellas County Sheriff’s Office detention deputy, plead no contest to the charge and was fined $500. The back story: In May, a woman walking in Nichols’ neighborhood reported seeing him standing at the edge of his driveway and talking on a cell phone while stark naked, reports the St. Petersburg Times .
