Man rides up to women on bike and fondles them

A man on a bicycle approached a woman walking in Lake Worth about 2:20 p.m. and asked for directions to Interstate 95. As she was talking, he grabbed her right arm and squeezed her right breast so hard it hurt. Ouch! He then used his pedal power to escape as she called the cops. Soon after, the woman spotted another woman waving her arms

and yelling, “He touched me!” in frantic Spanish, reports the Palm Beach Post . That woman told deputies she was walking to pick up her children from school when a man on a bike approached her, said “excuse me” and then grabbed her chest.
