Joshua Basso’s cell phone ran out of minutes so he called the one number that he knew is always free — 911 — with an unusual request, reports the St. Petersburg Times . He wanted someone to have sex with him. In fact he called 911 a total of five times. Police arrested Basso, 29, at his Tampa home and charged him with making a false 911 call. When confronted by cops, Basso would not say whether he was masturbating while talking
