Man accused of breaking baby’s leg

TAMPA — Tampa police have arrested a 40-year-old father, accusing him of throwing his 6-month-old daughter into her crib when she wouldn’t take her bottle.

William A. Parker’s actions broke his daughter’s femur, police

say. Parker, of 4420 W Varn Ave., is charged with aggravated child abuse. Police say he admitted to throwing the child.
