Larry King lends celebrity appeal to Palm Beach wingding

CNN star Larry King is back in South Florida this weekend for a charity gala, and Sunday’s Miami Dolphins game. Through the 1960s and the early ’70s , the 76-year-old King made a name for himself on Miami radio, as a d.j., commentator and an announcer on Dolphins broadcasts. The King’s first stop, Friday, was at Mar-a-Lago for the de facto kickoff of Palm Beach’s gala season, Lois Pope ’s Lady in Red Gala.
