Jake Grove, Lionel Dotson out; Ryan Baker signed from practice squad

As expected, the Dolphins announced Saturday that center Jake Grove and defensive end Lionel Dotson will be out of Sunday’s game at Buffalo. The Dolphins also signed defensive end Ryan Baker from the practice squad and waived safety Evan Oglesby. Grove was forced to leave the Nov. 19 game at Carolina due to what has been reported to be a high ankle sprain and did not practice all week. Dotson was limited in practice all week, also because of an ankle problem, but did participate Thursday and Friday.

Joe Berger is expected to start for Grove at center. This will mark the first start of his career. Baker, an undrafted free agent rookie from Purdue, was signed May 1, released Sept. 5 and was signed to the practice squad, where he has stayed all season. Baker was a captain his senior year and was credited with 88 tackles, 24 tackles for loss and eight sacks. He is 6-foot-5 and 295 pounds.
