Florida Democrats at the DNC rules committee today - on all sides of the question  - have more or less unified behind a compromise that would split the delegation in half and let Clinton net 19 delegates out of Florida, a real concession from the Obama camp. It’s positive members

of the rules committee that seem more adamant that Florida needs 100%.

While Florida Democrats are looking like responsible grown ups here, Michigan Democrats are all by the map. One proposal? Divide the delegates based on exit polls.
