David Williams is a retired contractor who hunts scrap metal to turn into art. The Manatee County artist makes chairs, mobiles and sculptures. He made a giant bird feeder in his backyard that looks like a flamingo, reports the Sarasota Herald Tribune . But some of his recycled artwork was stolen from his front yard.
