Hats off to this family. Tampa police released surveillance video of a teenager suspected of snatching a purse from a 62-year-old woman. The suspect’s grandmother just happened to be watching the news — and recognized her grandson. She then contacted her son, who is the father of the 15-year-old boy, and he, too, saw the boy on television, as did the boy’s mother, Tampa police said. Then dad did an honorable thing: he turned his son in to authorities. The
