Dolphins name Kaleb Thornhill new Director of Player Development
The Miami Dolphins have announced Kaleb Thornhill is the team’s new Director of Player Development. Thornhill, who previously worked for the Detroit Lions, will assist players in a number of areas off the field, including the transition process both into and out of the NFL. Also as noted by the Web site Pro Football Talk , several Dolphins players have run afoul of the law in the past year, including Randy Starks, Tony McDaniel and Will Allen. Thornhill replaces John Gamble. Gamble had been with the Dolphins for 16 seasons but recently joined the Buffalo Bills as co-head strength and conditioning
