Crap shot: woman wounded by bathroom stall neighbor

Talk about a crap shot… Janifer Bliss, 54, was in a restroom stall at the Clarion Hotel in Tampa when a gun fell out of woman’s waist holster in the next stall. The small caliber gun fired when it hit the floor and the shot went through Bliss’s lower left thigh. She was taken to Tampa General Hospital with minor injuries, reports the St. Petersburg Times. Land O’ Lakes, has a concealed weapons permit. But the case is still being forwarded to the State Attorney’s office to determine if any charges will be filed. “The holster was an open holster with no snaps or clips to hold the gun in place,” said Andrea Davis, a police spokeswoman.
