Jennifer Marie Fernandez, 37, of North Naples, apparently likes to get high by ingesting a household cleaner. Police say she sucked down two cans of dust remover and then passed out in an alley in a puddle of her own vomit, reports the Naples Daily News. A Naples police officer was called to the scene to investigate. The officer noticed that Fernandez was trying to conceal something between her legs. It turned out to be a 10-ounce can of dust remover, which she told the officer she had inhaled to get high. When the officer asked Fernandez how she was feeling, she put the

nozzle of the can in her mouth and inhaled the rest of the dust remover, according to the police report. When asked if she had ingested any other chemicals, Fernandez pulled a smaller, empty can of dust remover from her purse, according to police. Fernandez was arrested two months ago after Collier County sheriff’s deputies found her unconscious on the floor of a Walmart restroom next to an empty can of dust remover.
