CHECK BILLS CAREFULLY

I have been seeing more and more where people are having trouble with their utility bills. For some reason the problem is left unsolved until the balance builds up so large people can’t pay. Case in point, a couple were getting water bills that were much lower than what their average bill had been. (For example, their bills were around $140.00 per month and they received bills for around $21.00). They continued to pay what they felt should have been paid until they receive a bill well over $2,000.00. The utility company told them there was a problem with the meter. Well, I guess so. I’d like to know how everything that goes wrong

on the establishments end turns out to be the customers fault when they are not the ones with the expertise to start with. That just goes to show you that you should scrutinize all utility bills especially phone and water as you never know how the charges are calculated.
