Charlie Crist turns lawyer pitchman

Former Florida Governor Charlie Crist, once on the short list for the Republican vice presidential nomination, has turned into a pitchman for legal business. “I’m Charlie Crist,” the familiar figure tells television viewers. “If you need help sorting out your legal issues as a result of an accident or insurance dispute, visit me at Charlie@ForthePeople.com.” His pitch for Morgan & Morgan follows a political career that rose rapidly from the back benches of the Florida Legislature to

near the height of Republican power before descending into defeat in a U.S. Senate race in 2010. The video has gone viral, drawing scorn from the liberal advocacy press. “Yes, the one-time attorney general of the whole danged state of Florida has hung out his shingle at Morgan and Morgan, and you can come `visit him’ at an email address, that’s `for the people,’” sneered Huffpost Politics.

Hi Charlie, I met you when you rented a condo in Indian Rocks a while ago. My girl friend is being put through hell by SSI and family services, she has been dissabled for a long time and every month she has been harrased. She is at a point where she is ready to take both to court. Thank You. Run Charlie Run!
