Chad Henne on Tim Tebow: He’s not an NFL quarterback
Add the Dolphins’ Chad Henne to the growing list of those who don’t think Tim Tebow has what it takes to be an NFL quarterback. Henne, who beat Tebow and the Florida Gators in the 2008 Capital One Bowl in his last college game at Michigan, briefly addressed the issue during an appearance on WQAM-AM on Wednesday. “The only take I have on Tim Tebow is us beating them in the Capital One Bowl,” Henne said when asked about the new throwing motion Tebow unveiled at Florida’s Pro Day earlier in the day. “My judgment is he’s not an NFL quarterback. I’ll leave it at that.” Co-hosts Curtis Stevenson and Anita Marks didn’t ask any follow-up questions, but did get some thoughts from Henne on other subjects during the six-minute interview.
