Haven’t we seen this on TV? The thieves toss the loot in the car and then the car won’t start. What a knee slapper, unless you’re the thieves and doing this for real. That’s what happened to crooks who boosted four flat panel TVs from a Summerfield Walmart. But the getaway driver couldn’t get the Chevy Caprice started, reports WFTV.com. Walmart employees got two of the four TVs out of the trunk before the car
