Building Review – 610 Clematis

Built at the starting phase of the condo boom, 610 Clematis is a true luxury condo building made to the highest standards. The look and feel both inside and out of that building invent it one of the most desirable in-town buildings. All units have some kind of views, be it of the pool area or the city.

Inside the units are immaculate with dark granite counters, high end stainless steel appliances, and wood cabinets in the kitchens. With walk in closets and (most units) featuring full size washer dryers these truly are luxury city homes. The building itself is luxurious and well appointed. It has one of the largest gyms and features a full size aerobics/yoga area. For those of us who are useless the building provides many mirrors in the workout areas.

The services too are high end. A 24/7 concierge is always available and in my experience as a real estate agent, one of the most professional and nicest in town, an additional bonus is the manned parking lot and an active attendant who always checks who is parking in the downstairs carport.

Safety and shield is full and total here.

Prices for the building were at an extreme high at the moment when it was built due to the massive speculation. Now, of-course in our post boom moment prices are slowly fitting more fair, and rents have relaxed considerably. manufacture no mistake, it is a premium building and will always command higher rents and higher prices per sq. foot. But bargains can be found.

Aside from the luxury and service aspect, 610 Clematis is in an ideal location, directly on Clematis St, (on the west end) and Rosemary Avenue with only a 2 block walk into Publix and the City Place mall. From that building you can easily and safely walk anywhere in the city, though I would tend to be a little careful after dark, and would prefer to travel with an acquaintance after 10pm on weeknights and 12pm on weekends.

This is an ideal building for young and old alike, particularly those who crave a city experience. It is additionally cat and dog friendly for both owners AND renters.
