Body found in apartment complex pond

TAMPA — Hillsborough County deputies are on scene at Mallory Apartments in northwest Tampa, investigating what appears to be a body in the neighborhood’s lake or pond.

A dive team and crime scene unit plus

arrived at the apartment complex pond, which is at 11525 Casa Marina Way. The sign reporting the body came around 9:50 a.m. Sunday.
