Fort Walton Beach. Panhandle country. So, frankly, we’re not surprised to hear about a 42-year-old allegedly waving her tank top over her head, throwing it on the ground and baring her breasts, reports Northwest Florida Daily News. She denies it. But a witness remembered details. Too much detail. The witness said the woman was topless and yelling at three males at about 4 in the afternoon. She said the woman had at least a B-cup breast

and “really dark brown nipples,” according to the Okaloosa County Sheriff’s Office’s arrest report. But the woman had an excuse. She said she was just comparing tattoos with the men and pulled up the back of her shirt, without showing her breasts. She was charged with disorderly conduct. Anyone remember her face?
