Anyone Else Disturbed by Florida Turtles Shipped to China for Food?

Last week I read in the St. Petersburg Times this article, “China Gobbling Up Florida Turtles” and it made me sick. Basically, people are illegally harvesting Florida’s freshwater turtles then shipping them overseas to be eaten. China appears to be a big market, but looking at this bulletin: Florida Fish & Wildlife March 2008 Intelligence Bulletin on the Commercialization of Florida’s Freshwater Turtles, Japan is a
