Amendment 5 arguments moved up

The Florida Supreme Court will manufacture out oral arguments in the Amendment 5 dispute on Sept. 3, up from Sept. 8. Earlier that month, a circuit court judge ordered the so-called tax swap off the November poll, saying

it was misleading on several fronts, including that it gave impression school funding would be guaranteed beyond one year.

Arguments were additionally moved up for the voucher amendments.
