This man is innocent. These allegations are lies by FWC officers. They were trying to get back at this guy for reporting their abuse of power to the Florida Office of Inspector General. Pigs will fly and hell will freeze before this man is indicted! Don’t rush into Judgment. There is a big difference between appearance and reality.

FWC officers accused this man for filling gopher tortoise in his vacant lot burrows when he lived 2500 miles away from that vacant lot that he owned. There were construction sites at the nearby of this man’s property and his site used to be used by contractors for offloading construction sites because he was an absentee owner.

This man will be exonerated. The question is what will happens to those FWC officers who tried to frame this guy? Will they go to jail? Will they lose their jobs? What is the punishment for the FWC officers who abuse their power and betray people’s trust?

Stop Abuse of Power by FWC Officers!

Print Mugshots of FWC Officers when this man is found innocent!

The whole thing stinks. Why do we publish this story and ruin this man’s reputation before he is convicted? What happend to the persumption of inncocence until proven guilty?!

Why don’t we show pictures of the FWC officers who accused this guy?! These FWC are the worst animal abusers.

What if this man is innocent? How are we going to restore his reputation?

According to the previous post, this person had filed a complaint against the FWC officers before he was charged with anything and those posts indicate that the FWC officers brought theses against this person to retaliate against him. I would love to read about the complaint this person charged against the officers.

1. How can we or this newspaper get hold of the complaint this person filed against these FWC officers with the Florida Office of Inspector General before they went after him?

2. Is there a way those records could be published for public in Florida?

3. Were those officers still handling this man’s case when they were being investigated by the Florida Office of Inspector General for wrongdoings?

4. Isn’t there a law in Florida that forces the officers under investigation to recues themselves from a case that they have vested interests?
