Hispanic leader killed in accident

A well known Hispanic leader from Tampa was killed over the weekend in Miami. Maria Esther Carrillo, 48, and her 17 year old daughter, Maria Liliana, were hit by a car along Biscayne Boulevard. Esther was a founding member of the Hispanic Alliance of Tampa Bay. She died on the scene. Her Read More
